LEGAL NOTICE AND PRIVACY

This site, zapata.studio, is the site of the ZAPATA studio in Madrid. Contact: pedro@zapata.studio.

The site presents the studio’s services and its work. The copy, design, the ZAPATA mark and the code belong to the studio; case screenshots are shown with their client’s permission or belong to the studio’s concept projects.

If you write through the form or by email, your data (name, email, company and message) are used only to answer you and, if it comes to that, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Data are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and, if there is a project, as long as the law requires. They are not passed on to third parties. The form is processed by Netlify, the site’s host, as data processor.

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to pedro@zapata.studio, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This site sets no cookies of its own or from third parties, and uses no tracking tools. Fonts and all other files are served from the site itself.

The «Book a call» button opens an external scheduling service in a new tab, with its own privacy policy.
